Training Manager

Laws.Africa is hiring a Training Manager to own and deliver training, customer education, and user-facing learning materials across our platforms and Legal Information Institutes (LIIs). The Training Manager will ensure that users, partners, editors, customers, and other stakeholders understand how to use Laws.Africa's products and platforms effectively. This includes not only coordinating training, but also personally delivering high-quality sessions and presentations, developing standardised training materials, maintaining videos and documentation, and ensuring that all training resources are well organised, correctly linked, accurate, consistent, engaging, and up to date. The Training Manager should become a confident subject matter expert on Laws.Africa's platforms, products, services, and approach to legal information. They should be able to independently represent Laws.Africa and our work in meetings, workshops, conferences, demonstrations, and training sessions across audiences. The Training Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of Laws.Africa's training and customer education programme. This includes identifying training needs, designing learning programmes, delivering training, maintaining training resources, measuring effectiveness, and working closely with product, customer success, editorial, operations, and technical teams to ensure that our users receive consistent and effective support.
